YES! According to Adrian White, Analytic Social Psychologist at the University of Leicester, Kuwait ranks 38 out of 178 countries. The study incorporates a number of factors to derive an index number for each country included.

Tell me about a good party here in Kuwait, or a nice option for an evening out, and maybe that glass dome blogger Skunk suggested we build to turn on some green house effects and snow as well here and I will believe we are 38 on that list!

I think that people in Kuwait don't appreciate what they have, they always complain about their miserable life!
I think that Kuwait is a misunderstood haven!
Its not the best place to live in, But i cant live in another.
